York the Orc
I have been wanting to get into children's books for a while; growing up I was a huge reader and writer, and so my love of illustration began to fuse with that over time. After working on many freelance books for organizations and families, I figured it was time to make my own story and my own world. Thus, York the Orc came to be!
One day, while waiting for a late grocery pickup order in the parking lot of a Fred Meyer, York was born. What started as a note in my phone became a full children's book, completely written and illustrated by me, and I couldn't be happier!
I grew up with an affinity to the fantasy genre and love playing TTRPG games within the Forgotten Realms; so I thought, what better way to express my love for the worlds that have been created than to create one alongside them?

Norman and Natalia

After York the Orc, came Norman and Natalia! The second book in my "Remembered Realms" series follows Natalia the Brave, a Drow who spends her time roaming the forests and helping creatures in need.

Norman the Nothic comes straight from the first DnD campaign I ever DM-ed; deep within the mines of Phandelver, our party came across a Nothic who was supposed to be there to guard the treasures within the caves, however one Nat 20 persuasion check from our Bard-barian Dwarf led to Norman bonding with the group and joining them on their adventures.

This story is in honor of that special campaign and the things that it led to!

More stories of the Remembered Realms are under way, so stay tuned!
